    Cathe, this is my favorite workout of yours EVER. I could not believe it was 90 minutes -- it went so fast and I didn't want to stop! Then, this morning I did Drill Max. LOVED IT. I can't wait to do the other three! :)

    Sarah, you really do look terrific. But Monica, be careful in comparing yourself to others. You'll drive yourself CRAZY. We're all born with different genes and have different bodies. Do what's best for your body and get to a place where you feel good about yourself and you've achieved fitness.
