    BPMs

    Cathe, Step is my favorite cardio that I do at least 3 times a week but usually 4 times. Lately I've been thinking about BPMs. I read that step should be done between 128 and 136 BPMs. Most classes I take are way above that. What do you think? Thanks, Mary
