- My doctor and I want my weight down another 150 to 20 pounds. I would like more definition. I would also like to strengthen my musculoskeletal system since I'm a menopauser.

- I have a new challenge, hyperthyroidism, and I think Cathe's workouts will make me maintain my health and get even stronger.
