Also the XTrain series has lots of premixes as well as her Low Impact series! I love her X10 dvd! Excellent and has a little bit packed into so much! Lots of premixes in that one too!

BTW the same song in used in the FIRM Express Turbocharged "Cardio" (also the warm up portion of the workout) with Allison and I really would love to try and buy the song so I can add it to my workout song lists on my phone :)

I'm a huge song lover and music is one of my favorite things in a workout DVD. :) Does anyone know the song title to the song in Cathe's Athletic Step-the warm up song? It is mainly instrumental, but I can't seem to find it anywhere because its hard to hear with the workout and everyone talking...
