I thought they were doing an autopsy to determine exactly how much brain damage she had suffered in order to prove that there was no chance for recovery. Whatever, either way, at least she isn't suffering anymore.

Kathy, the Body Blast series DVDs have an option to make the music louder in the workouts, but unfortunately, those are the only ones.

Unfortunately, the "music louder" option is only available on the Body Blast DVDs.

The sound in my IMAX3 does this in a couple of places. It doesn't last very long, probably only a couple seconds, and then it is OK again. I didn't notice anything in my HSC though.

I have the Powerstrike Millenium 3 DVD and I use it a couple times a month. I really like the instructors, the music is decent, and it is a good workout that is easy on your joints. The workout goes at a quick pace and the hour always flies by for me. I highly recommend this workout.

I would love to see a rotation like this as well. It is always so hard to know how much weight work to include in a rotation geared toward fat loss.
