    Twinge in my kneecap

    Kelly the knee is very delicate IMO I injured it last year and now I try to ice it if I feel any kind of discomfort especially after a w/o. I would take a break from any jumping, kickboxing, or steping for a few days and see. Hope it gets better. rachel :-)

    Question on Clean Eating

    Sugar is sugar no matter in what form it comes and should be avoided as much as possible. At least that's what i've learned by reading the South Beach Diet book which is the one I follow. It really teaches you how to eat clean and avoid foods with a high glicimic index.
