I love your DVD's and LOVE your workouts but I also compete in Figure and I have found that my body responds better to gym style workouts using a very similar periodization program...
If you haven't yet, try Silk Soy Milk or 8th Continent. Under no circumstances should you attempt to drink the boxed soy milk from Eden Soy - it is horrible. Silk has a lot of different flavors - I prefer Light in Vanilla or Unsweetened. Good luck!
