I received my XTrain DVD set on Wed. Jan. 9th with no extra charges. I was thrilled. I am in Saskatchewan. Can't believe it is here before people in Ontario. :)

Lovin' It! Thanks so much Cathe for putting together the 3 month rotation for STS and LIS. I enjoyed the STS program so much as there was no thinking involved in the morning as to which workout I should do. Now I have that again for the next 3 months. This is great!:D

Just wanted to know if a person should be doing any weight routines on their active recovery week in STS program?

Still waiting for my set as well in Saskatchewan. It feels like forever. I am on my active recovery week from STS and was so hoping the new DVDs would be here to try out. :(
