When I began doing Cathe Workouts
I lost my mom in June of 2006. Before she passed away she told me I was getting too heavy and needed to lose some weight. She had parkinson disease and was suffering from osteoperosis. I knew I better start looking after myself better or I might be going down the same path.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I started looking through the Collage Video booklets to find some workout DVDs once I decided to lose some weight and get back into shape. I loved how her workouts were organized and how well she prompted the viewer.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love Cathe's energy and her encouraging words while working out. She is great at preparing you for the next moves/exercise so she is easy to follow.
