    Whice ONE do I start with

    Hi. I am new to Cathe and have none of her videos yet. Which ONE would be a good one to start out with? I have some Firm videos. I want to reduce and firm up hips/thighs/glutes but don't want to neglect my upper body. Are her tapes available anywhere retail or only online?? Thanks.
