I would like to know if there is another exercise I could do in place of chin ups. Don't have the space for equipment, the band doesn't work, and am not sure the pull up bar in door frame will work.
Try pilates
Pilates may be helpful. I have done pilates 2-3 times a week in the past and have seen very good results. Here is a link, hope it helps.
