Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love Cathe work outs because she does what works. She leads people in very challenging routines and pushes people to really work hard. These moves and challenges are what keeps people like myself and others in excellent shape. In a world full of obese, unhealthy people , I choose to be fit , healthy and tight ! Thanks Cathe !!

Other Workout DVDs that I own
A few Tae Boe work outs. Other than that, I my goal is to get the Shock Cardio and STS series. I still have a few Hard Core Series to purchase yet. All these DVD's are golden !!
My Fitness Goals
I keep working hard on not only maintaing, but to also get into ' fighting shape'. Stay healthy, and with hopes someday soon also become a fitness instructor.
My Success Story
I was at my heaviest back in 1999. 5 "3 and was 165 pounds. Working 12 hour nights at a factory I knew something had to change. I got a job soon after in 2000 working Mon-Fri 8 to 5 , started working out and earting right and lost about 30 pounds. BUT it wasn't until I found Cathe ( over 2 years ago ) that I have been in the best shape I have ever been in. I am now 37 going on 38, lost my last 10 stubborn pounds, and am in better shape physically, mentally, and health wise than I was in my 20's. Thanks again Cathe !
