Oh, kicking my glutes is not a bad thing, and not doing it again isn't an option! I just know now to a)eat within 30 minutes of starting it (and LOTS OF PROTEIN!); b)don't do it after a tough run the day before; and c)practice the cardio sequences ahead of time.
