- She is like having a personal trainer in my home. I belonged to a gym for 2 years and worked the various machines. I never gained the definition that I have with Cathe using free weights. I never would have dreamed 5 years ago that I would be able to develop the muscle and strength that I have today. At 48 I am stronger and more fit than I was at 20.
