    After having my baby, going through post partum depression, and having limited time I thought I would have to give you up! The shorter premixes on your newer videos have made it possible to keep working out with you. I am excited about working out again and I do a premix everyday. Thank You!

    Slower paced workouts for us Intermediates

    I agree. I love Cathe videos. Her stamina, knowledge, and commitment to fitness and her customers is fantastic. Due to some physical limitations i have to modify certain moves in her videos. Cathe is my favorite instructor and would like to see a few intermediate workouts too.
