Hoping that you'll consider putting the weight routine on a DVD alone. i would like to have such a workout for less intense days and would like to be able to buy it w/out paying for the others. Thanks!

Billy Blanks, pffft??? Are you talking about the same Billy Blanks, Creator of Taebo, that I'm thinking of? Guess you've never done any of his Advanced Live Series, or else you're beyond fit.

I'd had the book for some time now, and its still as good today as it was when I downloaded it a year or so ago.

I hate it when a friend of mine, who's a gym member and who spends maybe 20 minutes on the eliptical, READING A MAGAZINE AT THE SAME TIME no less, 3 times a week max, tells ME that I'm getting an inferior workout because I'm at home doing maybe MIS, Taebo or P90X, etc, for over an hour 5-6 days...

I think KPC is a good workout, but I'm not crazy about Kickmax in comparsion to Taebo or KPC.

I've been a Taebo fan for years and unfortunately, his original live series, both Basic and Advanced, are not available on DVD, and are scarce even on VHS. They were the best! Had the greatest music too! They were live and featured real people along w/Shelli and a few other expert Taeboers, that...

I have no real proof of this, but the word on the street is that the good Dr., while selling books and skin care lines, has actually had 'work' done in order to maintain a youthful appearance. I figure any time someone's trying to make money in this regard, its a buyer beware situation.

Oh I like that baked Tofu idea! I'll have to try that! Tofu kinda tastes like whatever you marinate it in or mix it with, it aborbs the flavor of whatever you choose.

Here's an excellent recipe I got from a friend: slice extra firm tofu, and put in bowl where you've mixed sesame seed oil, (don't need much), terriaki sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Let this marinate a bit while you heat your pan, make sure its VERY hot, then add the tofu and the mixture, fry...

So far Taebo Circuit 1 and 2 are getting GOOD reviews. They're available now on Collage, but I'm going to wait for them to become available on Amazon, because they're going to be less than 1/2 the Collage price and under NO circumstances would I ever order anything from GT.
