    Hello ladies! Yesterday I did L&G for the first time and expected to have some major DOMS today. But it wasn't too noticeable, so I was disappointed. But today I did Step Blast and my legs were like jello pretty much through the entire workout, so I guess I achieved my desired results...

    Any One Else Have Trouble With Vitamins?

    I also have the same problem with vitamins. A year or so ago I decided to try Flintstone's vitamins (yes, the ones for kids!). I eat one every morning, sometimes on an empty stomach, and I never have stomach pains or nausea anymore. They don't taste as good as they did when I was a kid...

    Hi everyone! Just got finished with IMAX 2. I LOVE that workout. Interval 9 is such a killer but it feels so great to get through it. There just isn't enough recovery time before interval 10 though! I want to get IMAX 3, but I am afraid of it! :P

    Thanks to everyone for their warm welcomes! Emily - yes, those are my kitties! They were only about 3 months old then, and I did not pose them, they were actually sitting like that! I couldn't believe it. Thank you all for your suggestions. Looks like I need to add in some yoga on an off...

    What will improve my flexibility the best?

    Specifically in my hamstrings. I swear they were made for someone 2 inches shorter. I am pretty flexible everywhere else, but my hamstrings are always so tight. So, what do you ladies do to improve your flexibility? Yoga? Pilates? Any ideas would be much appreciated. BTW, hello, I'm new...
