    Gentler on the Knees Please!

    I would prefer this as well. And it doesn't have to be completely low to please me. I thought the step speed and impact level of Cardio and Weights was excellent. A full length step video with new choreography at that step speed and impact level would make me very happy. Thanks, Micki

    Cathe- PUB/PLB-- endurance or strength workout?

    Two exercises supersetted for each body part. 5 sets each of 12, 10, 8, 10 and 12. That's 52 reps each exercise 104 per body part, except for shoulders which have a giant set of three exercises same rep counts--that comes up to 156 for shoulders. No "claiming" about it :-)
