I received mine today and did the step workout. I used a 4" step and still got a good workout. I also fell flat on my butt at one point. I think I just missed the step. Not really sure. It's the perfect length workout for my schedule. I don't think I'd like anything dancier than this.

I'm also 52 with a partial knee replacement. I just started doing Cathe DVDs and so far only own Muscle Max which I like. I usually lift about half of what Cathe says she's doing.
Most of her DVDs that I have seen are pretty dancy which I don't enjoy so I just ordered her new beginner...
