Thanks for the suggestion, I just did this combo today, it was very tough! I like it b/c it spent plenty of time on each body part, much more than HSC or HSTA but with the same circuit type feel.

I have done every pre-mix on BM2 EXCEPT scrambled eggs, could someone please tell me is it mostly cardio or a combonation of cardio and weights? I absolutely LOVE the music on BM2... I always reach for this if I'm not in the mood to work out because it is sooooo fun! Thanks!

Thank you so much for clearing that up, and as far as the definition of a "spinner" well..... without being too vulgar, it is a term guys use for super skinny chicks that thay are able to "spin" around their man part because thay are so small. Totally gross , I know. Lets put this one to rest.
