I would really like to see a new resistance training series or program like STS that requires only a step and dumbbells (no high step, barbell). I don't wish to spend more money buying more equipment and it's a pain to drug various equipment to my living room every time I exercise.
I know some people might have already asked this question, but could anyone please advise how many weeks I should do Gym Style workouts to get the most benefits?
