    Hey Cathe, I currently do Push/Pull or SuperSets on Monday, Drill Max cardio premix on Tue, LowMax Thur & Butts & Guts Premix on Friday, is this a good rotation in your opinion? Thank you in advance for your time. You are amazing! :D
