My sentiments are the same. I lost trust as a result of the way LMR1 was sold in its pre-sale and the way its final product ended up being. I don't think I've ever debated with myself about ordering Cathe as I've done this time around. I may still take advantage of the pre-sale of LMR2, but not...
I totally agree with these statements. Increasing or decreasing weights to get more of a challenge or a better workout is possible when the change in weight is not as dramatic as it needs to be in LMR functional weight workouts, and I am not even an advanced level exerciser.
Yes, when the pre-sale came out for the first LMR Cathe did indeed say "these won't be easy by any means". However, I personally found the functional weight workouts on the level for a beginner just starting out, and do feel like I was intentionally mislead. I like LMR balance work, mobility...
Cathe does gave a live workout like this called Cardio Core Express. I love this workout and also do Cathe's Cardio Core Circuit, but only the premix that eliminates the up/down core. Replacing the up/down core parts with standing core would be great!!
Actually, Mimi's stretch dvd is one of my favorites! She has the routines separated by body part and holds the stretches for at least 30 seconds. The music is very relaxing and soothing. The hip and leg section uses a strap. I would really love for Cathe to do something along this line.
Perhaps a separate tri-set lower body and a tri-set upper body weight workout that incorporates both bilateral and unilateral moves. Using moderate, [not light nor super heavy], weights. Some intense body weight only moves thrown in here and there for even more variety would be great. Keeping...
On Strong & Sweaty Cardio Slam, the very last section uses only the step topper, no extensions. It's a short section, but fun that also allows for good intensity. Perhaps a longer cardio using just the step topper. One like ICE Low Impact Sweat or Ripped with Hiit that has two shorter...
Great idea. I'd love that. Some of the stretch routines on Cathe's older dvd workouts tend to be a little longer than her newer ones. I wonder if it'd be possible to include those, even though they aren't "bonuses".
Yeah.....and how about "oh, let's slow these down" and yet we don't, but continue at what feels like the exact same pace. Hee, hee. You are not the only one that talks back to the television. As Debinmi says everyone has their quirks.
