    Thank you maddiesmum for taking the time to precise this. Maybe it depends what kind of cardio I do. Swimming or walking, something gentle wont make me loose weight if I do it gradually. Probably just make me eat more ! But I must say that harsh cardio is exhausting for me, really draining, now...
