Thanks for the feedback. With Hiit .... would that include Afterburn, Crossfire, Supercuts, Cardio Supersets? Are they Hiit AND Metabolic? With my body type, I think I'm understanding I need Metabolic or Hiit or Plyo 3x per week ... to get the fat off and keep muscle. Then, a lower body day...
