    Amy, it isn,t unpaved, but I don,t what to buy an another bike only for this, I know it wil be tougher.I wil train hard for this. L.Amstrong also did the Alpe,dhuez. I only want to know wich workout wil be the best to train for this.

    Hi, I,m back on earth again,I was very bad this afternoon. Becky,yes it was migraine,and paracetamol is just a ordinary painkiller when you have migraine,than you can,t take a asprine,so a paracetamol is saver . I am much better now,only a litle bit listless. So,no workout today...
