Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are challenging!!! Very well cued, never boring. You have to push yourself. Cathe never fails to inspire and motivate.

My Success Story
I was 25 lbs. overweight. Joined WW while enrolling in Tae Kwon Do and using Leslie Sansome videos. I lost my weight, progressed to the Firm workouts, then found out about Cathe. I purchased some videos from EBay and fell "in love" with the workouts. Never thought I would really do much in TKD, but I am now a 2nd degree black belt. I still train in TKD, teach Cardio kickbox/total body conditioning workouts and run (having completed 5 and 10ks to build up endurance). I love to weight train the best.
