Please make the step aerobics new choreography and I like using the step for the anaerobic blasts. Most of all, for me, the interval recovery in IMAX 1 wasn't long enough. I had to use my remote to pause and keep letting my heartrate go down. Could you do 2 minute recovery and 1 minute blasts...

Cathe, I am so excited about having a Lower body split workout using the pyramid system. Please use the full pyramid system:
12 reps light weight
10 reps medium weight
8 reps heavy weight
10 reps medium weight
12 reps light weight
And super set 2 leg...
I have been waiting for your to make a video using the pyramid system. Thankyou sooo much!!! Please make it 60 minutes and it would be awesome if you could use the full pyramid system which is pretty brutal:
