Monday: Max. Int. Strength
Tuesday: Interval Max
Wednesday: P.S. Legs and Abs
Thursday: Max. Int. Cardio or PowerMax or run (8miles)
Friday: Body Max
Sat: off
Sunday: Run or Cardio Tape or Climb Mountain
