I also do not know about the Nike HRM. I do however have a Polar F4 and love it. It will show you calories burned. It is, from my understanding, a woman specific HRM and you program all your stats into it to make it as accurate as possible. Hope that helps! :-)

As a frequent sufferer (have one today) I too have found that my diet plays a large roll. Too much caffeine especially will trigger one. I know to stay away from it but... I too only use Advil to control mine as for some reason all the migraine specific meds in the world have not helped...

Just got mine from VS as well. I went with a Body By Victoria version as I am fairly blessed up there. It came the other day and is SUPER cute! :-)

Marie, I have taken on the exact same view! I only buy it if I love it. If I have to think about it then it is just not coming home with me. I also now clean out my closet at the beginning and end of every season. It feels great to get rid of the clutter, keeps me from getting to set...

I have very thick curly hair and need a good flat iron or blow dryer. I am not worried about the pice b/c honestly the cheaper ones have not worked. Anyone have some suggestions? :-)

Only 30 here so I still tend to dress trendy. My very cute and in shape 43 yo boss swears by Ann Taylor Loft (not the regular store), Old Navy (for cute jeans not too low cut) and White House/Black Market. She always looks great and never like she is "trying to hard". Hope that helps some!
