In the beginning of your tapes you mentioned that it is okay to work two muscle groups on the same day. I would like to know if it is okay to do Leaner Legs + 20-30 minutes of floor legs + cardio (step) in one day and have a full body rest the next day instead of doing standing...

It's hard for me to do a Firm tape too. The last one I did I sat down on it because it just wasn't motivating to me like Cathe's are. I ended up selling the majority of my Firms because I knew deep inside that I was not going to pick them back up again. I use to have about 28 Firms...
