There is a t-shirt I've seen at gymnastics websites (my daughter is a gymnast) that says "pushups make you pretty." I wanted to buy it for my daughter, but it's pink so she wouldn't wear it. I would love muscular arms. I'm getting there- can't wait. I love the look.
