I bought some sliders but they wouldn't slide without a whole lot of effort. Not even on a vinyl floor. I put some pledge on them and now they work. Just in case anyone else has that problem.
I just drink decaf most of the time. A cup or two of regular in the morning. Caffeine irritates the bladder. That's why I'm drinking decaf and decaf black iced tea.
I have a dvd that is for your pelvic floor but it's long and if the abs and core workouts do the same thing then I just want to do the abs and core. Do they work all of your pelvic floor?
