    Difference between Cathe's DVD and VHS

    I love her stuff on DVD but wanted the Rhythmic and PH workouts. Plus the PS...I couldnt afford all 3 DVDs! So decided that PS would be my DVD purchase and to get the other two on VHS then atleast I get the new stuff quick. DVD really is sweet to workout with but it really isn't a necessity...

    just can't stick with S&H

    I think she means...US? LOL. I still think S&H is one of he best series out there and am glad I own it. Doesn't mean everyone should find it great BUT doesn't change the fact that it is. I suppose if you have a short attention span or like endurance based lifting then the pace could put you off...
