    Yoga or floor aerobics

    Hi Cathe, just wanted to add some suggestions for you new videos. How about doing a yoga/core strength DVD? I think that would be nice for a change. Also, how about more hi-lo/plyometrics/interval or perhaps a medicine ball cardio workout instead of step? Thanks Cathe.. I cant wait!!! Jackie C.
