    SUPERSET PROBLEMS

    It looks like these DVDs have less than standard reflectivity. Some players can tolerate that, other don't and they shouldn't. The point is that a good quality DVD has to play in any standard DVD player. Period. Irina.

    I received the replacement supersets/push and pull DVD and it has the same problem: parts of the image become scrambled; sound and music become cacophony; image and/or sound disappear completely, then reappear. These distortions last for up to one second, and then image and sound become normal...

    EAS Betagen for Muscle Recovery????

    Betagen contains creatine. And I gained water weight very quickly. May be BFL program wasn't for me. I lost those pounds on vacation without exercising and watching my diet. I don't have any preferred brand for L-Glutamine. I just use a cheap one from "Puritan's Pride".

    EAS Betagen for Muscle Recovery????

    I took Betagen last summer doing S&H rotation and following EAS eating plan. I gained 8 pounds during 2 weeks on it (mostly water weights) and became bigger. I take L-Glutamine now. It helps me with muscle recovery.

    RE: For those that do LPB & UPB ........ I use a Rubbermaid Step Stool Toolbox. It is about 13" tall and I bought it at Target for around $15.
