I have been using Handbrake as well to split the downloads by chapter/section. Handbrake is available for Windows as well as Mac. I create Playlists using Plex for the mixes. Any player that can create Playlists should work. The benefit of Playlists is that the mixes don't take up extra space...

You can use Handbrake to split the downloads into 1 file per chapter, then create a Playlist for the premix(es) you want.

If you by the whole series or individual DVDs downloads, the bonuses (meltdowns and blizzard blasts) are separate download files; but I don't think you can purchase the bonuses individually.
