The best thing to do is eat clean. Diet is everything but don't get overwhelmed if you eat clean & don't see yourself losing as much as you'd like right away. We get overwhelmed with the numbers, whether it be our weight or our bank account :-) Stick with it & when you hit a plateau, change it...
