    What exactly does neutral mean? I always thought that the top of the hand should be in a straight line with your arm, but neutral for me implies that the top of your hand iis at about a 160 ish degree with the back of your arm - if that makes sense:) it is how my hands stay without trying....

    Are you keeping everything tight? I mean abs - p[articularly lower abs - suck in below your navel - cough to get the feeling!, butt, arms, lifting up from your shoulders and not sinking and so on? Also you could try for the beginning doing them on your knees, then building up. I now do yoga...

    CTX upper bod, is it a strength or endurance vid?

    Mainemom, I asked this same question over at videofitness, and was advised that the PS legs would not be the right pairing with CTX upper body, and that Leaner legs would be the best bet - and that in the meantime, the Firm's Standing legs would be an ok stand in till I got LL! Hope that helps!

    Dear Cathe - I am a great fan of yours - you have converted me to weights - and I have orderd all your strength videos and love them (at a very high cost - I live in Malta, Europe - just shows how much I like your work - you are a true professional).
