As I have started on Saturday, this is the end of the week for me.
Yesterday I finished my week 1 and This is first time ever that I have done a full week of Cathe's rotation. I am so happy about it.
Tomorrow I will do PLB.

I have finally started. I did circuit Max today for the first time. It was of moderate intensity. I am also planning to count my points for atleast few weeks starting from today.

I have been doing Cathe on and off or last few months. I am planning to do a CTX training rotaion for next 3 weeks. My goal is to improve tone and lose some weight.
Did anyone have much success with CTX rotation that they would like to share?

I am getting so excited. I will start WW may be from Sunday. I am planning to do Cardio Kicks tomorrow morning. I bought this DVD last month and never tried it.
Tomorrow I would also try to eat core way. Saturday we have huge pot luck and I am hoping not to over indulge myself...
It is so great so see so many of you joining in. I am really hopeful that if stick together we can achieve a lot more than we could do just by ourselves.
