    Long and lean vs. bulky

    That bump sign is too funny. My husband won't buy me heavier weights -- I currently have 6, 8, 10, 15, & 20 lbs and for the new DVDs I want to get 12s, 25s, and 30s....he said I'll have to start cutting my shirts because my arms won't fit I'll be too bulky.

    Shout out to Cathe in Women's Health Mag

    Pixie Meredith gave a shout out to Cathe in her Weight Loss article. She went from 208 lbs to 140 and credited walking on her tredmill and then buying a dumbbell set and doing 1/2 hour Cathe Friedrich weight-training. Thought that was cool.....love to hear people talk about Cathe.

    "Starting Tonight" by Alabama. Very nice song and haven't even heard it since -- I think our DJ left with our CD. I got married when I was 19. 9 years (this 4th of July), 3 girls, and a brand new house later we are still on our honeymoon!!!! :-)
