I was exactly like your daughter x10. I was BAD. Try to do more w/ her. Asking for her opinion. Going to church is definitely a big plus. Take her in the sanctuary w/ you instead of putting her in a class. If you need to vent come to the forum, not your smokes.LOL...... Hope I helped.
Cathe ( or anyone who knows )-
In a rotation that I was printing it mentioned a "steady state treadmill workout". What exactly does that mean? And for how long?
I also have started buying it due to the forum. I found it at a place called Trader Joes. I buy a loaf every week. The first one was cinnamon raisin for 2.39. Then last week I bought the low sodium for 2.09. I put very little butter on it and only use it for toast in the morning. That store also...

He said something about we had to put x amount of $'s on it by a certain date because it was a new card or something like that. W/ my dh you do it while he's offering or forget it. He didn't even ask what I ordered. The "d" means...
I for one have purchased the N.N. Step Cube but have not received it yet. I bought it 1. because my dh said I had to put something on the credit card and 2. because I didn't want to have to purchase multiple stools. I am using this for Cathe and for the FIRMS.

Marshalls.......... I didn't even know they were still around. I live in Az. It seems like every 3 miles there's a Target or a Walmart Supercenter. Does anyone still have a Gemco in their area?

P.S. Cathe mentions in the no-step-needed advanced rotation to do "steady state...
Toooooooooooo funny-
I can outlast my DH in lunges and he hates it! He also can't do the tall box for step ups. He's determined to get there though.LOL.
RE: naughtoj-- 2 questions
naughtoj-
I use my step for a weight bench and for my step tapes (step heat, step jam, cardio step challenge). But I got the step cube for the various levels the Firm uses. It's better than buying multiple stools from this store and that.

Sorry I was off on the price at Sports Authority. I live in Mesa. It's a small world after all. LOL.
I will definitely post on how I like the step cube.
RE: Club size step
I saw The Step at Sports Authority for 50.00. I use that as my weight bench. I also just recently purchased the aerobic step cube from " A Novel Notion" for 108.00. It's a 14" square wooden box that goes from 4 to 14" 's (in 2" incraments). I haven't received it yet so I...
