    What's your favorite Body Blast?

    I agree with Kim. KPC/LG is the best and premixes are excellent. I did all standing LG premixes (2times) and had an outter body. experience.(

    Any advanced exercisers tried the new dvd yet?

    I did Cardio Leg Conditioning pre-mix (8' step)after my 3 mile run. Excellent the legs were fried. I will have to try this again real soon.

    Yay for Low Impact Step!

    I did Low Impact Step premix leg conditioning. Excellent work out. I did this after my 3 mile run and the legs were fried. Nice sampling of Low Max.:-) Good job Cathe

    OK it's confession time

    That is the funniest story I have ever read. I really need that today. Thanks for sharing. I do not think I would ever try this. I would love to have a tummy tuck maybe in a couple of years.

    August Rotation Check In, August 23rd

    I really screw up. I did IMax3 + 200 JJ + 200 walking lunges. I am having a senior moment. I have to try and get those 200 sit ups in this evening. I know my vision is going. ;-)

    August rotation check in 8/22/05

    Hi Ladies, I did L&G (standing only) this morning + 3 mile run. Will complete the MM arms this afternoon after work. The mornig workout felt good. I was good and sweaty. ;-) I think MM legs too short for my taste. Question Do you do your cardio after weight or before?

    August Rotation Check-In--8/19/05

    Augsut '05 Rotation Check In for Augst 3rd!!!!!

    Completed both workout. Thought SJP was easy. I must be getting really fit.;-) Anyway had to do leg conditioning drill after work because of time restraints. Oooh my!!! That is one hard workout. The thights were on fire at the end. I am going to fill that tomorrow.
