Power Max is a step workout on one of the DVD's with three step workouts - Cardio Hits or Classics - any other step workout you have would be a good substitute.

Day 1 - Muscle Max
Day 2 - Imax 3 + Stretch Max #1
Day 3 - High Step Challenge
Day 4 - Core Max #1 + Stretch Max #2
Day 5 - Gym Style Chest and Triceps + Core Max #2
Day 6 - Low Max
Day 7 - Gym Style Legs
Day 8 - Gym Style...
I was wondering about this too, because I don't run. I was thinking about substituting cardio workouts that would equal the same time. Maybe using some of the premixes on some of the DVD's that just do the cardio parts.
