I got a woman's weight vest last year. It has two parts ... the main vest holds 15 lbs, but you can slip on another smaller piece that contains an additional 10 lbs.
I mention all that because 25 lbs is perfect for some of the workouts with squats and I've found I love using the weight vest...
And I JUST received my Slow & Heavy DVD two days ago. Perfect timing! I'm psyched to do this rotation because building strength is my current focus ... the nice weather is bringing golf to the forefront for my cardio activity!

I sure appreciate you putting these rotation on the forum. This particular one is EXACTLY what I was hoping to see since I have the BB and the Intensity...

This will be my first experience with a "Cathe" rotation ... have enjoyed the workouts for the past month but mostly Upper and Lower Pyramids. Looking forward to it!!
