    What do you do on your "rest" week

    I did a long run, yogamax three days and a long walk. And a lot of snow shoveling. When I started back up, I got quite sore, so I know my muscles got the break they needed.

    None of the figure/bodybuilding people I know are using any kind of drugs at all. One bodybuilder found out she can't compete in one contest because she has used ephedra. Long before she started bodybuilding....

    Anyone else incorporating running

    I run. Twice a week I do 20 minutes HIIT on the treadmill and once a week I go for a longer run outdoors. I am taking a couple of weeks off though to heal a sore hip. I miss it! But my hip is improving. I am going to have to lower the incline in the treadmill.

    Well SHOOT! STS moves you cannot do???

    Came across the one legged sit and stands this morning. Had to raise the step height (it's my chair). Still couldn't do it. Lost the weights and that was better. Holy moly. I can do a few chin-ups since doing P90X last year but no pull-ups. I keep working on it.

    I have the Door Gym and I use it in the closet in my foyer. That's the ONLY doorframe in my house that I can use! If you don't want to use a pullup bar, you can use bands. You'll still get a great back workout.

    How Are You Doing With Your STS Workouts?

    I just LOVE these workouts! They are fun and colorful and fast and tough! :D I have just finished Week 1. In week 2, I will add the ab routines on cardio days. I think. :p Thank you!

    I'm starting Sunday! I do weight work Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, rest on Fridays and cardio Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. :D I am psyched!

    I have a vest by Close Grip that I have been using for Pyramid Lower Body, Gym Style Legs (and P90X) the past year. I have it maxed out at 35# (with plate weights) and it works GREAT!

    I'm dreaming of STS...

    That's funny! I spent a great deal of time this morning copying Cathe's rotation and adding in my cardio days for my runs! I have done two Gym Style workouts this week, so I will finish the week with the third, and move on to STS on Sunday. I can't wait!!!

    ...literally! My shipment is out for delivery today, and last night I dreamed I had received it and I was trying to figure out how to start TODAY with the workouts I've already done this week. :D Finally I decided to wait to start the rotation on Sunday.
