I found out about Cathe in an intense extensive search on the web about 10+ years ago. I have been an avid and devoted fan since then and will continue to be so long as she keeps producing! :)
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I find Cathe's workouts to be quite challenging and comparable to that of an intense 'gym' workout which is exactly what I was looking for being that I enjoy working out from home.
