An obseervation... ive noticed a lot of posts where people indicate they shy away from Cathes older vids. Someone even said Low Max is dated!!!! Omg.... its totally new and modern to me!!! Some of my fave Cathes are older!!!! Don't overlook the oldies but goodies!!!! I even love the ones...
Well teoday I did Cathes Max Intensity Cardio. Well, most of it that is. I cut about the last ten minutes of step but did do the intervals at the end. It was just Soooooo hard and its been a long time since ive done that one. Tomorrow I have its twin on deck... Max Intensity Strength...
I still do plenty of Cathes older workouts, I love em all!!!! The style of the times is nostalgic and no matter what they get my heart pounding and sweat pouring!!! :)

Ive been working out much more regularly but have now missed the past three mornings. Today I just felt so tired after having a toss and turn kind of night. I guess for tomorrow I will do Cathes Low Impact Circuit since both cardio and weights are badly needed now!! Happy workouts to everybody!!
This has been my biggest struggle. Ive been a regular drinker for years and am trying to cut back. Been doing better but its almost a constant temptation and battle in my free time.
