I did the Kickbox with hand weights on and it was a great workout. I really feel it in my upper body today. The standing ab workout with the weights really worked my abs too! I feel like I got a total body workout. Anyone else tried this?
I have added jumping rope to my fitness routine. I have some old tapes that I made from FitTV of Cathe's videos and I jump rope during the commercials. It really gets my hear rate up and I was wondering if this could be considered a circuit training workout. I am trying to boost my metabolism...
