    Do the individual Xtrain workout downloads contain the 'bonus' workouts (ex.core,rear delts, etc.) or are they only available if purchasing the entire Xtrain series? For example, if I just purchased the Supercuts download would I also receive the bonus core 1 & 2, and the 100 rep challenge...

    Your first EVER exercise video?

    Mine was Jane Fonda's total body sculpting. I alternated that with Reebok's hi/low workout with Petra Colber. I didn't know about rotations back then so I just kept doing those two tapes for a year! :o I was in college and couldn't afford weights, so I lifted soup cans! Ahhh, memories.

    kick, punch, &crunch...jumpy?

    Hi, I live in an apartment so I can't do a lot of jumpy, or plyo type moves without disturbing my downstairs neighbors. Does kick punch & crunch have a lot of "jumping" movements? :)

    PS Seem Too Fast?

    You're not the only one. I also feel like I'm going too fast when I do PS, especially the bench press section. Before I tried PS I was lifting on my own so I guess I was performing the reps a lot slower.

    A Certified B.S.-er!

    Yes, I've got the home study course but I'm also going to take the Exercise Etc. Exam Prep in October 2 weeks before the exam. I've been studying/learning on my own, but I definately need a classroom setting to go over anything I'm unsure of. :)
